Smoking is stupid full stop, I fail to understand why anyone would smoke when the health implications are so widely publicized. I find it even more difficult to understand when someone claims to be “fit” and they smoke.

i will never ever smoke. My Grandfather died from a complication of lung cancer just before my sixth birthday. He started smoking in WWII and he never quit, not even when he had an oxygen tank. I can’t even be friends with people who smoke because after a few minutes i can’t really breathe. I remember when i was about 4/5 years old and we would sit in their den, which was like a little square box, and we would watch sports. You couldn’t even see the tv because there was so much smoke.
I realized at any early age that i didn’t want to have someone in my life that would care more about smoking than me
